Breakdown (2015)

This rhythmic guitar piece showcases many of the extended techniques available on the instrument, with a focus on color. It makes heavy use of many forms of tambura in an effort to establish a strong, driving groove. A middle section full of sweet tremolo serves as contrast to this rhythmic drive.
